Prom is coming around again! For most, this is a magical night, filled with music, dancing, friends, and (hopefully) a really cool and memorable After-Prom Party! It can be overwhelming to put together such a large event, so we’ve come up with some exciting possibilities for you.
The Theme should be the first thing you decide on. Some popular choices are: “Carnival” / “Circus”, “Casino Night”, “Las Vegas”, and “Destinations” (ex: Around the World, Cruise Ship, Road Trip, ect).
Your After-Prom Theme will guide your activities, and some activities match many themes. For example: a Magician can be dressed in a Carnival or Vegas theme!
Teens require different types of entertainment because there is such a vast amount of personalities at each school. With this in mind, you can always opt for things like: Inflatable Games (Football Throw, Basketball Toss, Twister, ect), Giant Games (Giant Jenga or Checkers), Trivia, Game Shows (Fabulous Feud, Newly Wed, ect) in addition to Inflatable Rides! Including a variety of games insures that no one is left out.
If you want the students to be entertained together instead of roaming your gym in little packs at the end of the night, consider some type of Show…those are always a hit! Bringing everyone together for a show allows your team to clean up early! Some Show options include: Comedy Hypnotism, Magic, and Sideshows.
The Selfie and Photo Culture has taken over the world, so don’t forget a Photo Booth! There are several options available. If you haven’t seen it, there is a new Photo Booth and it’s an Interactive Mirror!
After Prom Parties are important because it keeps kids safe, and it provides them with another opportunity to gather together before the inevitable Graduation Day.
