Summer fun starts with your Company Picnic, and Cincinnati Circus Company is here to help you plan an incredible (and inexpensive) day with your coworkers! We want to help you plan a stress-free day that everyone – including you – can enjoy and remember! So here are a few tips to get you started:
Make your picnic FUN! You will want to have something for the children and adults to do! We suggest inflatables, face-painters, or balloon artists! On the other hand, if you are planning an employee, or adults only festivity, we can provide a sideshow, adult magic shows, and much more!
Please remember that not everyone is an athlete, so if you decided on an awesome obstacle course for your party, please consider a juggler, bingo, photo booth, or a bubble cart for the kids.
Save your money!!! We suggest Sunday-Thursday rather than a Friday or Saturday. Event venues upcharge for peak days because they are in high demand. If you want to cut costs, choose a time that will only include one “meal” time, such as 12pm-3pm, 2pm-5pm, ect…
Bonding is the purpose of your picnic, and we can provide carnival games and theme park rides that bring everyone together.
You’ll find that choosing a “one-stop-shop” event company (like us, wink-wink), is a cheaper alternative than using multiple companies to piece your event together.
Think local. Cincinnati Parks are a great resource to use as the location of your event.
